Through our Dream Team, we aim to connect every person to an opportunity to live out their calling by using their gifts and talents to serve others in the church and the community. See below for a list of opportunities:
Administrative Support
A-Team (Administration)
This team serves as administrative support for Growth Track as well as for special projects within the ministry.
Audio Department
This awesome team is responsible for all sound production needs for services and events.
Music Department
Calling all singers and musicians! Here is a wonderful outlet for you to use your gifts to make a difference! Auditions required.
Video Department
This team is responsible for the videography and photography of our worship experiences and special events. This includes camera operation, lighting, & ProPresenter operation.
Creative Marketing
The Creative Marketing Department supports the marketing and communications efforts of Impact Church as projects become available. Some projects include writing, editing, proofing, assisting with printing/distribution of materials, e-marketing, etc.
Worship Arts
This team uses their gifts to glorify God in our services and special events through drama, dance, visual art, and more. Some team members serve on-stage and others behind-the-scenes to present the Gospel in new and creative ways.
Comforters Ministry
This is a loving team that assists families after the passing of their loved ones. They assist in coordination, caring for and ministering to the needs of families at home-going services.
Prayer Ministry
This team covers our services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. The team prays for others' needs, our leadership & staff, the congregation, prayer requests, special events, and more.
Facilities Department
This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church.
Ushers
This friendly team welcomes guests and provides world-class assistance with seating guests, facilitating offering and communion, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
Parking Lot Ministry
This fun and enjoyable band of brothers serve with a smile and are truly the first impression of Impact Church! If you relish the great outdoors, look good in a uniform, and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you!
Impact Kids
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in our children's lives through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games, and more. A background check will be conducted.
● Nursery: Infants - Up to 3 ½ Yrs
● Preschool: 3 ½ Yrs - Kindergarten
● Elementary: 1st - 5th Grade
Impact Students
Relentless Student Ministry is dedicated to youth in middle school, high school, and beyond. A mandatory background check will be conducted.
Hands In Service (HIS Team)
This team cares for members and guests that are DEAF or have a disability, making sure they feel welcome and can participate in every service and event as a part of the Impact family
T.E.A.M. 180
Celebrate Recovery:
Our Christ-centered 12-step program provides support for individuals seeking freedom from hurts, hangups, and habits. The program includes dinner and groups for youth, children, and adults. A background check may be required. Team members provide logistical support; they may teach lessons and/or facilitate groups after completing the 12- step process.
Community Connections:
Great way to get people connected to opportunities to serve their community! Areas include evangelism, orphan care, human trafficking, abortion alternatives, & homelessness.
Correctional Ministry:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Ministry facilitates programs or services in correctional facilities and assists with the transition following incarceration. Team members host worship services & small groups and teach practical life skills classes. Background check required.
Go! Global Missions:
This team plans and implements global mission experiences for congregants and other applicants, providing stateside and in-country support to mission trip leaders and participants.
Water Baptism Support:
This amazing team has the privilege of assisting those who want to declare their love for Jesus publicly!
Small Group Leadership
We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Small Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts, and live out the Great Commission. Leaders have the opportunity to plan and lead a weekly 60-90 minute small group for a minimum of one semester. There are three semesters per year: January - May, June - July, and September - December. Leading for more than one semester is optional.
Transportation Team
This enthusiastic team is on the move providing transportation to those who need assistance getting to Sunday services.
First Response
This team assists with any medical issues that may arise during services or special events. Must have a first-responder or medical background.
Helping Hands
This is an awesome team for those who have a fluctuating schedule. This team does not have a regular serving pattern allowing members to arrive on a service day when their schedule permits. They are placed in areas that may need a "helping hand" during that service.
Legacy Team
Members of this team have the gift of giving and use it to help fulfill the vision of Impact Church. Through strategic financial offerings above their tithe, they support projects impacting our city, state, nation, and world.
Security Team
The team is responsible for assisting with the overall safety and security of the ministry. Preferred background in security or law enforcement.
Setup / Takedown Team
This is a vital ministry that assists with setting up and breaking down for services and events.
Events
This energetic and creative team provides behind the scenes support for major church-wide events from planning and setup to event coordination.
Sports Ministry
This is a passionate group of men and women who participate to glorify God through athletics. Their mission is to encourage healthy living, fellowship, service, discipleship, and fun for our family of friends and the surrounding community.
